We are pleased with our system. We did have very hard water to start with and thought nothing could be done with it. Our water is no longer staining appliances, and the feel of it is now very nice in the shower or bathtub.

With just over 8ppm iron and a softener failing at the task; I needed an air over media iron filter. Was about to order product from ontario and install myself. Thought I would try locally. Dealt with Kalen (out of regina office I believe) throughout the process. Installed and cash & carry quotes were provided. I went with cash and carry which they beat my online price by $50.00. New to the world water treatment, Kalen was also prompt to answer or redirect me for technical inquiries. Thanks!
