We purchased a new water softener and reverse osmosis drinking water system in October 2023 from Infinite. So far so good. They recently came out approximately one year after install for scheduled maintenance. They checked the softener and the drinking water systems. Not sure what all was done specifically as I was in my office working while they were busy but i know they replaced filters in the drinking water system and were doing some water tests to make sure things were working properly. Nothing was noted as an issue. Credit card payment for the scheduled maintenance was easy and efficient after service was complete. The technicians who’ve come out have all been very friendly and knowledgable.

Installation was smooth and looks great (it’s in the basement so it doesn’t take up space under the sink!) and the water tastes great. We’re happy knowing with have clean, good water again!

Lovely local business in Regina. Infinite Water installed a RO system for us. The install was quick, the technician was extremely knowledgeable and their customer service over the phone was excellent. Answers always came quickly and they were very helpful in recommending the right RO system for us. I would recommend going to them before anyone else in Regina.
