Our service technician, Kevin, was meticulous and communicative. He kept us informed of his expected arrival time, made sure the service/products on his work order were what we really wanted or needed, and gave a detailed description of various performance measures on the reverse osmosis system. His was exacting in his work, ensuring everything was in fine working order. Kevin easy to talk to; we received clear, informative answers to all our questions. On top of it all, he was courteous and polite. A great service tech!

They were very fast and professional when they came to do a service call. The tech was super friendly and polite in trying not to make any mess in my home. I really appreciate him going above and beyond. And he apologized for when he got to my house even though highway was terrible and I didn’t have any expectations on his arrival. Highly recommended
