Our technician did a wonderful job. He was communicating about how the water was testing and what he would be doing to the system. He was very efficient and explained all of the charges really well. We were very impressed that his arrival notification included his picture and a background. We also have four children so it was nice to have something in common! We will definitely utilize this service again.

I can’t believe I’m writing a review. I don’t have time for this. Lol. But when the tech told me after our first yearly service that our water was basically perfect I was willing to take the time! So far these guys have not disappointed. Install and first service were a breeze! Zero complaints.

We have owned our Hague RO System for one year and it was time for the annual service. Infinite water sent Kevin out to do the service call. Kevin was great, easy to talk to and eager to share his knowledge. The water here in Eatonia is very hard, the RO System gives us fantastic drinking water. Worth every Nicole. We are very happy with the purchase of our Infinite Water system. After keeping track of salt consumption, we only use 1/4 bag every 10 days on our very hard water. Big time efficiency over our old system!
