I’ve had both the water filtration & soft water systems since 2016. I’ve moved twice during that period & had my systems reinstalled in both homes. The techs (Roger & Alex) are knowledgable & always make my yearly filter changes a quick, pleasant process. The water quality is definitely noticeable & I’m very happy with the product quality & customer service I’ve received over the years. The one time there was an issue, I believe something wasn’t tightened all the way and there was a small leak under my sink, a manager came to my home to correct it the same day. Mistakes happen but how one corrects them really shows a quality company. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
