I had an issue and they were able to come out almost immediately. I had to leave for an appointment while they were fixing the issue and i had no quams about leaving Tyler in my home alone. When I got home, everything was fixed. Thank you Infinite! Still loving my alkalized water, seeing as I can smell the chlorine when I open my city water tap!
