Our customer service hotline is open 5 days a week, in case you have questions – big or small. With us, you not only get a system that is covered under warranty for life, but you also get your own technician any time you need them – at no extra cost.

25-Year Full-Service Package

Standard with any Complete Deluxe Package we put our name behind, at no cost to the customer. Our technicians will call you annually to book your no-cost service call, at which time they will change filters, inspect for leaks and plugs, and collect samples to take back for lab analysis, all during a 1-hour arrival window convenient for you, around your schedule. There is no cost for these annual visits (including mileage!), except the regular retail cost of the filters.

CWQA Accreditation

Infinite Water is a proud accredited member of the Canadian Water Quality Association, and our employees have undergone or are currently enrolled in training programs such as Installation, Service, or Water Treatment Design Specialist. CWQA members are held to a high standard of competency and ethics and are part of a large community to exchange information regarding best practices, new research and technology, ongoing training, plumbing code, and more.
