We live in the country and have high nitrates in our water. We’ve had a couple other systems that did not do as they said when it came to nitrates. The one company told us our well would be condemned if we were in the US (they were a US company). We were drinking bottled water when we found out about Infiniti water. We were sceptical after our previous experiences but decided to go with their whole house water system with infrared in house water and drinking water. They service every yr regular as clock work. And when they say they will show they do. I have been very happy with the system and the service. When my infrared bulb burns out before the yr is up, they replace no questions. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for clean water
