What I like about Infinite Water is that Scott, the sales rep, did not try and sell me what I didn’t need. I had other companies try and sell me a softener on naturally soft water. Infinite actually spent some time with us and explained why our water was doing what it was. That’s great service. They even improved what we had – I was going to throw away a drinking system because I couldn’t find filters for it thery got them for me (at a decent price, too). Our water no longer has a smell or leaves any staining in the house.
