Fantastic job and efficient installing our new filtration and RO system at our lake cabin. The installer, Kevin, was particular in how the system was installed and looked. Upon turning it on, we immediately notice the smell was gone from the water! It was our first time drinking the water directly at the cottage in over 40 years. From the time I contacted Kalen, the Co-owner about potentially having a residential water purification system installed, I was provided with useful information and choices. In the end I opted for a water softener/ conditioner plus remineralized RO system for cooking and drinking water. Kevin was the technician who came for the install. He was on time. We have a reverse osmosis water system which needs regular filter replacement. Kevin is The Technician! He knows these systems inside out and backwards! He is The Best!!! He is also professional, cheerful, friendly, and polite. We love it when he is the one who comes to do our annual maintenance. Don’t get me wrong, the other technicians are good too, but he is Better! I should also add that this system gives us the best tasting water we’ve ever had, and in all the years we’ve had our system we have never had to descale any of our appliances.

I purchased an acreage and found the water system in poor repair. I called to schedule service and was told their next service in my area was not for some time. They put me on a list and contacted me within days, having a tech scheduled to come out. The tech had several complications with they system not having been looked after previously and after several hours, he had everything working great. The invoice was reasonable considering all that needed to be done. The company is terrific from my point of view and I would highly recommend them.

We are very impressed with Infinite Water. Nine months ago, we started looking for a solution to treat our well water that is high in sodium, fluorides and total dissolved solids. We live north of Calgary and sent samples of our water to a few local water filtering companies as well as Infinite Water. Infinite Water’s quote came in less than half of the lowest of the other quotes received. Kalen provided a very detailed explanation of why we needed a whole house reverse osmosis solution and how it would work. Another big plus for us was that Infinite Water’s solution was a Canadian made system which is important to us. The system consists of the reverse osmosis unit, triplex filters, UV disinfection unit, storage tank and a constant pressure pump. Kalen informed us that we were outside of their service are and would not be able to install the system, but they provided all the help required for us to install the system and get it running. Kalen was able to work with the system vendors so we could pick up the system components in Calgary or have them shipped to us. The system works wonderfully and after having our water tested, all the impurities are gone. We have also had excellent service from Infinite Water when ordering system consumables. I would definitely recommend Infinite Water to anyone with less than perfect water. They really try hard to satisfy their customer’s needs.

Everything looked nicely put together, easy to identify the tubing/ hoses and valves. After the installation was completed, he walked us through how everything worked and how it was routed. Basically what to do/ look for should any issue arise. What to expect, like noises from normal operation. We felt very confident and sure following his explanations. Then, he proceeded to explain the monthly log and what was required of us and the importance of logging values monthly. Called around for quotes on a reverse osmosis drinking water system, and Kalen was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Water is so important! We feel so good about the water we drink and shower in - it is way easier on our appliances too! Also - living in Regina we have times in the year that our water smells bad and tastes pretty swampy but we don’t worry about that either. The service is great too A+ all around!

Infinite water was great to deal with! We recently had a well drilled and the water was high in iron and total dissolved solids. They were happy to answer any questions I had for them about the treatment options. In the end we decided to go with a whole home RO system. They installed a quality product at a more reasonable price than anyone else I got a quote from and the water quality is wonderful. We purchased a new water softener and reverse osmosis drinking water system in October 2023 from Infinite. So far so good. They recently came out approximately one year after install for scheduled maintenance. They checked the softener and the drinking water systems. Not sure what all was done specifically as I was in my office working while they were busy but i know they replaced filters in the drinking water system and were doing some water tests to make sure things were working properly. Nothing was noted as an issue. Credit card payment for the scheduled maintenance was easy and efficient after service was complete. The technicians who've come out have all been very friendly and knowledgable.

He did the annual service on our RO system plus figured why our little faucet was pushing water back up the water line and through the air hole. They came out to the country and were able to get everything changed and working well. we"ve lived on our acreage for 30 years now and have had to deal with iron in our well water-we purchased 2 different systems over the years which helped but did not completely fix the problem. i wasn"t going to buy another system until i was confident that it did everything we needed and just by chance i visited a local landscaping company and we got onto the water topic and he was telling me about a family living on an acreage that had put in this water system that had changed everything for them so i got his number and talked to him where i got the company name from him which was infinite water solutions.i contacted them and was asked to send a sample of the water ,which i did and i got an email and call from the salesperson with the results and recommended equipment i would need.probably within 2-3 weeks the equipment was installed in our home and we've been enjoying iron free water water for a few weeks now. the salesperson was very honest and professional and the system installer was an awesome fellow who did a neat job and answered questions and left us advice on system maintenance.thank you infinite water systems for finally getting this problem cleared up after all these years .

I bought my RO drinking water system from Infinite Water Solutions a few years ago. I really appreciate the quality of the system and the annual maintenance appointment to make sure that everything is operating properly. The technicians are very friendly and they explain everything so well. It makes owning a system so easy.

Had a service call to upgrade the drinking water filter system to a newer model. The old style with seven filter cartridges was very slow and cost per cartridge was substantial. They have a newer model with larger and fewer filters, of which are considerably less cost to replace, and has awesome flow. The tech they sent was very friendly and professional. Found that our original system was leaking in a couple places and repaired without any extra charge. Very happy with this system now. Recommend this for your needs.

Installer was a gem. Knowledgeable and understanding, able to work with a complicated system. A little disappointed with salesman, as he assured us our outside tap could remain separate from the softener, but at install this was not the case. So far, happy with the system overall.

WOW!! Where do I start! This review was written June 2023 (check further down for June 2024 review) Our farm well water is hard and rusty. We’ve been struggling with it for our 48 years of marriage. I decided to call a different softening company...Infinite Water..to see if they thought THEY could help us..and, so far, they HAVE!! I can now wash my hair while showering, instead of boiling bottled water to wash my hair!! Life changer!! The shower curtains have no sign of rust and the tub is rust free!! It’s AMAZING!! Kevin installed the system and did such a great job, even though it wasn’t an easy installation. Super nice guy! We’ve only had the system for a short time, but I’m confident it is going to continue to perform above our expectations. Living in Swift Current with extremely hard water they were able to set us up with a great water softener system as well as a reverse osmosis system. Our drinking water tastes so amazing. We just have the reverse osmosis system, and love it. So nice not to have to haul water. I find the yearly service great but a bit pricey. The ultraviolet light is great, so when our town is a on boil water order we do not have to as the light takes care of killing the bacteria! Would recommend them!!

Living on a farm, you have an excellent chance of having poor water. We have terrible water. The crew at Infinite was so good and so patient when tweaking things to make maximize the performance of their system and get us the best water possible. We have been with them for almost 10 years and have never considered changing. The annual maintenance is done without us requesting it. They now have technology that lets you know WHO will be coming into your home as well as when they will arrive. We have nothing but good things to say.

We live in the country and have high nitrates in our water. We’ve had a couple other systems that did not do as they said when it came to nitrates. The one company told us our well would be condemned if we were in the US (they were a US company). We were drinking bottled water when we found out about Infiniti water. We were sceptical after our previous experiences but decided to go with their whole house water system with infrared in house water and drinking water. They service every yr regular as clock work. And when they say they will show they do. I have been very happy with the system and the service. When my infrared bulb burns out before the yr is up, they replace no questions. Workman informed us of their anticipated arrival, arrived on time, flawlessly completed the task and cleaned up nicely. A year later their tech was scheduled to perform a routine maintained inspection of the a/m system. The same degree of professionalism was repeated as above. Additionally, the tech was a pleasure to meet and interact with. Now, this year the same tech attended my home to change out the filters serving my RO system. Found this company online and inquired as I had iron remover and softener issues. They contacted me, were going to be working in my neighbourhood 32 km from nearest town and would come by to evaluate. My current system needed a little service and tweaking for performance. I received instructions on better maintenance, and they saved me a lot of time, effort, and money that way. Kevin we was punctual, pleasant, knowledgeable and organized. Really excellent water company! From the admin staff to the technician who shows up to change the filters. I am super pleased with their service. They are thorough and on time. And have the best reverse osmosis system.

Kalen (sales rep) and Kevin (installation tech) were incredible from 2 years prior to day one. I originally met Kalen at agribition and discussed water issues at that time, but a full RO system wasn’t required in our home at the time. We moved to a new acreage in January and had nothing but problems with our water. We started getting quotes from a number of the big names for RO in southern/south eastern SK, and had a few out to our home to discuss systems. We were disappointed in the old school aggressive sales tactics, ranging from fear to the assumption that women only want clean dishes and clean laundry, and the men wanted clean car washes and complex maintenance. Fear tactics (using our toddler’s bath water) to scare us into RO, false ‘complementary service’ (the cost was simply absorbed into higher material costs), and poor water Knowledge (not being able to identify obviously incorrect water test results), are just some of the reasons we passed on previous candidates. I recalled speaking with Kalen, and searched my email history from 2 years prior for that follow up email. He responded immediately, and his first concern was getting a more accurate water sample (which came in handy), calming fears about our toddler’s health and well-being, and setting us up only with a system that we truly needed, vs the top of the line everything. He studied our water, spoke knowledgeably about it, and provided us with the information we needed to make our own decision, vs forcing the choice on us. He was compassionate throughout the whole process. Kevin, our technician, was INCREDIBLE. Friendly, kind, equally as knowledgeable, and acted as a true guest in our home. Our system took about a day and a half to install based on a number of complications that Kevin found his way through (due to previous plumbers work). We have crystal clear, clean, safe, drinkable water throughout our entire home now, and it is thanks to these two. We will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and everyone we know. They stood out amongst the computation solely based on how they treated us, their knowledge, and their refusal to bash or cut down other companies. Their competitors could learn a LOT from them.

Had our system checked today by a very courteous, knowledgeable and quick technician named Andre. I like that I was prenotified by text message a bio of the tech and that he was on his way. Andre told me he would take maybe a half hour, but he was done much sooner and reported everything that he found about the system, which he found nothing wrong. I cannot think of a negative thing to say. I love my system, my skin loves the water system and my family will not drink regular tap water from anyone else's home unless they really need to because our system makes our water taste so good!

Great service from start to finish. Pricing is great too. The installer is super nice and easy to work with. My water taste way better and i havent had any deep thirst since the install. In the past i would have to buy a gatorade or some mineral water to quench that thirst. But for the 2 whole weeks i had the system i havent had the need to get other water. Besides it takes out a bunch of unnecessary stuff in our water and adds useful minerals our body needs.

I’ve had both the water filtration & soft water systems since 2016. I’ve moved twice during that period & had my systems reinstalled in both homes. The techs (Roger & Alex) are knowledgable & always make my yearly filter changes a quick, pleasant process. We're so glad we found Infinite Water for our well water. It's been a game changer! We got rid of our expensive water softer that made the water hust feel slimy and we no longer have to shock the well twice a year. In the 4 years we've had the system the water has no smell. Love the RO water that add minerals back (I tested it independently) and it is exactly as they said. I HIGHLY recommend anyone in a rural area to get this. And the customer service is amazing!

We began dealing with Infinite Water Solutions soon after they opened in Saskatoon. We live on a farm and have very hard, smelly, rust colored water that stains everything it contacts. Between us and our parents when they still lived here we have tried pretty much all the big brands. They all made the water better, but weren't a real solution, It took a while to tweak things but we have been very happy with our system. We are coming up on the 9th anniversary of the initial installation. The staff are always easy to deal with. Since we got things tweaked the annual servicing is the only time we have have needed a technician to come out here. When they come they are always on time and do the job quickly. I love the new technology they use to let the customer know when they are on the way and how long it will take to get to you.

I have had a wonderful experience working with Infinite Water Solutions. We bought our home two years ago, and the well was not yet connected to our home. A cistern provided clean water to the house. One challenge I presented was getting quality water from our well to not only service our home, but to also service our beautiful water feature outside. Great experience dealing with Infinite Water Solutions. I went to Rona and Home Depot for RO system filters and no one I talked to at either store was helpful. I called Infinite, they had me send a couple pictures of the system I have, and they had the correct filters ready for me to pickup right away. Customer service was top notch. They were polite, gave me a quote over the phone, and gave helpful instructions on how to switch out my filters.

The installation went far quicker than I anticipated, and looks nice. I love having drinking, cooking, tea and coffee water at my fingertips, all the time! After only two days, my skin is looking less dried and dull! I not only recommend them, but will use them again for my softener!

Really enjoy my water system! Everyone who works here is friendly and knowledgeable! Very efficient and affordable. So worth the money to not have to carry blue water jugs anymore. Having soft water makes a huge difference on every surface it touches! Would highly recommend!!!

We purchased our system from Anita about 3+ years ago, and let me tell you, it has been everything and more we were told it would be. We live on a farm, so had been dealing with well water, HARD well water for years. The first thing I noticed was the great tasting coffee. Next was in the shower, my hair hadn't felt that soft and bouncy in years. My skin felt soft... not dry and flakey. O' what a difference!!! Next was cleaning. The ugly water spots disappeared from fixtures and shower doors. Even the laundry seemed brighter. The soaps and cleaners you get with your purchase are fabulous. You mix them yourself, using the best water around, of course ..The fragrance is so fresh, but be careful.... just use a little, or you will be overwhelmed with bubbles.LOL We have also noticed a big difference with our cat & dog drinking water. Both are shedding less and any dry, itchy scratching is pretty well gone. I only have a few house plants, but man have they grown. The blooms are huge and last forever. Once a year we get a call from a very friendly person to set up a date and time for the yearly filter change. It takes about 20 minutes, done before you know it. The service man is punctual and very professional. All things said, we LOVE the system and have never regretted buying it.

What a awesome system we have I live out in the bush using water from the ponds that have creeks from lake running into them so the water in winter used to be orange in colour due to iron but with this system iron breaker and the deluxe filtration system no more orange and can even drink Mother Nature water with out worrying about bacteria as passed through uv lights x2. Drinking pure clean water so happy we invested in this system.

The installation didn’t take long and the installer was friendly and competent. The water quality has improved dramatically. Our ice maker produces clearer ice than it used to.

I am very pleased with the Demo that Infininate Water Solutions did for me. The CSR that came out Thor Klotz was very professional in all aspects. It was very eye opening just how much Minerals are in our drinking water here in Saskatchewan. I was sold and bought a water station and a water softener. I have just had this system installed in my house and I am so happy with it. My installer was so friendly and quick. They even hooked my ice machine in my new fridge up! The water is great and I even received 3 boxes of goodies!!! I just started working for the company and got a system installed in my house over the weekend. Immensely happy with our system from Infinite Water. Our City water generally has a very strong chlorine smell and it can be hard to even brush your teeth in it, let alone take a shower. With our new conditioner this issue is taken care of - our water is beautiful! We're very happy with the customer service!

We are very happy with our new water system from Infinite Water Solutions. We've had it for 3 years now. Before getting it we could not drink our water from our deep well - it was too hard and tasted terrible. Now we drink straight from the tap and it's perfect!
