All-In-One Technology

Infinite Water systems use proprietary technology to combine all your whole home water treatment into one. Reduce chlorine, soften water, and reduce sediment in one system. Makes for simple maintenance and a lot less cost!

Softer Skin & Hair

Hard water minerals bonds with skin and hair leaving a nasty film. Kind of like that limescale on your faucet! An Infinite Water softener reduces hardness minerals naturally so you can stop spending money on lotions & skin care products as your body becomes free of buildup!

Clean Less, Live More

While saving up to 75% on cleaning products can be enough to pay for a water softener, what’s even more valuable is your time. Stop scrubbing, folks, there’s a better way! Hard water minerals buildup on faucets, fixtures, dishes, glassware, & stemware and leave you using chemicals to clean up the mess. An Infinite Water softener saves you time & money so you can clean less and live more ❤

Extend Appliance Life

Dishwashers, washing machines, water heaters (tankless, electric, & gas), ice maker, boiler systems, & humidifiers all suffer when your water contains hardness minerals. Do them a favor (and your pocketbook) and give them soft water. Plus you can save up to 40% on energy costs related to your water-using appliances – that’s pretty awesome!

How do you know if you have hard water?

Here are some telltale signs…
  1. Your water takes forever to heat up or you’ve prematurely had to replace water-using appliances.
  2. Your faucets and fixtures have a white residue that’s hard to remove. That’s limescale buildup and it’s accumulating in your pipes and water using appliances too!
  3. Your skin and hair is dry and dull
  4. Your whites are more like 50 shades of gray
  5. Your brights have lost their luster
  6. Your drinking glasses & stemware has spots on it – unless you use a ton of chemical spot remover in the dishwasher

We just have the reverse osmosis system, and love it. So... nice not to have to haul water. I find the yearly service great but a bit pricey. The ultraviolet light is great, so when our town is a on boil water order we do not have to as the light takes care of killing the bacteria! Would recommend them!!read more

Living on a farm, you have an excellent chance of having... poor water. We have terrible water. The crew at Infinite was so good and so patient when tweaking things to make maximize the performance of their system and get us the best water possible. We have been with them for almost 10 years and have never considered changing. The annual maintenance is done without us requesting it. They now have technology that lets you know WHO will be coming into your home as well as when they will arrive. We have nothing but good things to say.read more

With respective backgrounds in management and psychology, they wanted to start a business but insisted on a trade that was essential, health-based, and genuinely helped people - something they could be passionate about. Water treatment was the industry that ticked all the boxes. Being raised in a small town that had a boil water advisory for over 10 years, Kalen knew firsthand how poor quality could negatively affect people's lives. And, it was discovered that Saskatchewan well water is known for having the hardest water and most complicated water chemistry of any area in the continent. Being able to grow a business in the province they love, while witnessing firsthand the benefits families in their community can enjoy by having ideal water quality was a dream come true. The Saskatoon branch was the first to open, with a Weyburn office opening its doors just 14 months later. 6 months after that, a branch location in Regina formed. In 2021, Regina expanded to a new location with twice the square footage, then added a second warehouse in 2023. With service technicians, installers, and sales reps based out of Melville, Emerald Park, Regina, Saskatoon, Hepburn, and Prince Albert, Infinite Water has built a large customer base across our expansive province by focusing on referral business from existing clients and has installed over 5,000 water systems province-wide, with over 3,200 annual service visits on various routes to every corner of Saskatchewan. Infinite Water has always focused on marketing to small towns and rural areas including farms, where the need is great and customers are often forgotten about by the city companies that can't or won't service the more remote areas of our expansive province (not affordably, anyways). It was found that there was a large gap in the existing water treatment market - companies are either branded which requires them to be exclusive to a particular brand (which greatly limit treatment options and affordability), focus only on one particular type of treatment (which prevents them from providing proper custom solutions for the individual household - there is no one size fits all approach in SK), or hold low-quality products manufactured in China. There is also a severe lack of water quality experts that possess water treatment designations through accredited institutions such as the Canadian Water Quality Association while having enough field experience to properly diagnose and treat problem rural water, including (or arguably, especially) at the "national brand" water companies. On the contrary, Infinite Water is 100% Saskatchewan-owned and independent, holding products from nearly every major manufacturer, allowing us maximum versatility, and with volume (full truckload) pricing and over 10,000 SKUs, we can access any non-proprietary water treatment equipment or consumables - from water softeners to iron filters to replacement filters - for better pricing than our competitors. The best system or water technology for your neighbor may not be best for you. And, by marketing North-American manufactured products with an industry-leading warranty combined with an included installation and ongoing service package, low-cost consumables, and custom-designed solutions, we believe we have created a product and service that is unique. We don't care about being the biggest, and we have no desire to scale past the borders of our own province. We are proudly local and have been financially healthy since our first month after opening our doors. Instead of focusing on rapid growth and endless profit growth, we are content with focusing our resources on providing the best care we can to our clients. We take pride in the fact that almost 50% of our new business comes from referrals and that we have maintained most of our prices since inception - as inflation has risen, our efficiency and volume pricing has improved to offset those costs. And, we love to hear clients' reaction in hearing that we don't charge mileage for annual service visits province-wide - whether our clients live in Lloydminster, Maple Creek, Oxbow, or Hudson Bay. We are big enough to have an established reputation with a strong customer base and field experience, but small enough for our owners and managers to remember you by name when you stop into our office or visit us at a tradeshow. And, supporting Infinite Water keeps your investment in our local economy. We hope you'll introduce yourself, and we'll try to help you in any way we can. We're less interested in selling you a new water system today and more focused on helping you in any way we can, in the process creating a relationship with you and your family that keeps you coming back to us as your go-to water treatment company for life. What is the best water softener system?

We might be biased, but we believe the best water softener system for your home is an Infinite Water Systems Softener. Our softeners are WQA certified and have NSF/ANSI Standard 44 certified components.

What does water softener do?

A water softener treats hard water. Hard water problems include dry skin and hair after bathing, the prevention of soap lathering (leading to an increase in soap use & cost), spots on glasses and silverware, faded clothing, discoloration in bathtubs and sinks, and shorter life spans of water-using appliances.

What size water softener do I need?

To find what size water softener you need, multiply the number of people in your home by the gallons of water they use each day (80 gallons/person is the average). Multiply that number by the grains of hardness in your water to figure out how many grains need to be removed each day. It’s important to know what size water softener system you need because high grain water softener systems cost more money and an over-sized softener system means wasted money. Unsure on how many grains of hardness need to be removed from your water each day? Contact us to schedule a free water test and take the guesswork out of sizing a water softener for your home.

What are the different types of water softeners?

800Most water softener systems use a resin bead and salt approach. The main difference between them is how and when they decide to regenerate (recharge the resin beads with sodium and flush the calcium & magnesium stored from previous cycles). The different types of water softeners regeneration methods are as follows:
  • An electric timer on a regular schedule.
  • A computer that calculates bead depletion based on water use.
  • A mechanical water meter to measure water use and kick on the recharging process only when sodium exhaustion requires it.
