IWS took me on a a client for an existing system in my home...and I live two hours away! I'm now on a service schedule for my water system so I don't have to worry about maintenance. I get a call to arrange a time, and a text to let me know who is on the way. Each technician that has come has been professional, polite and friendly. They get the job done quickly and at times have gone above and beyond what's required.

My water was often mistaken for iced tea, after I got my...iron filter and softener it is now crystal clear and my laundry comes clean. Kalen explained what treatment system would work best and gave me time to think it over with no pressure to purchase. When Kevin came to install it he was knowledgeable and professional. He explained the installation and maintenance of my new system and cleaned up when he was done

Lovely local business in Regina. Infinite Water installed a...RO system for us. The install was quick, the technician was extremely knowledgeable and their customer service over the phone was excellent. Answers always came quickly and they were very helpful in recommending the right RO system for us. I would recommend going to them before anyone else in Regina.

Infinite water sent Kevin up to Slims Cabins to upgrade our...water processing system for our cabins and main lodge. Besides the upgrade I found that Kevin is very knowledgeable and very good at answering questions that I asked, as well as offering me very detailed information about the entire system, as it is my responsibility to maintain it and keep it at peak performance for the benefit of our customers as well as ourselves. Water is so important! We feel so good about the water we...drink and shower in - it is way easier on our appliances too! Also - living in Regina we have times in the year that our water smells bad and tastes pretty swampy but we don’t worry about that either. The service is great too A+ all around!read more

These guys really know their stuff when it comes to water....We live on an acreage and were battling high amounts of iron in our water. We wasted money on two water systems previous to the one we purchased for Infinite Water and wish we would have found them sooner.
