Living on a farm, you have an excellent chance of having... poor water. We have terrible water. The crew at Infinite was so good and so patient when tweaking things to make maximize the performance of their system and get us the best water possible. We have been with them for almost 10 years and have never considered changing. The annual maintenance is done without us requesting it. They now have technology that lets you know WHO will be coming into your home as well as when they will arrive. We have nothing but good things to say.read more

Our technician did a wonderful job. He was communicating... about how the water was testing and what he would be doing to the system. He was very efficient and explained all of the charges really well. We were very impressed that his arrival notification included his picture and a background. We also have four children so it was nice to have something in common! We will definitely utilize this service again.read more

I'm a Regina customer. Infinite Water customer service is... exceptional! My water softener had stopped working and I had called numerous other "big water" companies, who all advised me to replace my water softener. Terrence sent a technician (Hendrick) out to diagnose the issue and was able to get my water softener working. Thank you for the excellent service.
