The most important thing I have to say about Infinite Water is about the service and treatment we received. We were in the middle of moving into our new acreage in the dead of winter; Infinite was about the only service that treated us like humans during a rough time, understanding our financial and timeline pains and never pushing that typical ‘commissioned based extra sale.’ Beyond that, the installer was great! He was on time, and finished a super clean installation. We got the exact system we required that exceed the expectations we had set from previous water systems we had. There is no shortage of amazing RO water or crystal clear ice, even all 6 our pets can drink healthy now and I don’t have to haul jugs. We’ve never had such incredible shower or laundry water before… even from the city, and this coming from a surface cribbing well. With family members with skin and complexion sensitivities, this was a game changer for our rural life. The company was a pleasure to work with from administration to install – everything went easier than expected. Our drinking water is awesome! What I like about Infinite Water is that Scott, the sales rep, did not try and sell me what I didn’t need. I had other companies try and sell me a softener on naturally soft water. Infinite actually spent some time with us and explained why our water was doing what it was. That’s great service. They even improved what we had – I was going to throw away a drinking system because I couldn’t find filters for it thery got them for me (at a decent price, too). Since the water treatment was installed, the only way that I can describe the water is that it feels like satin. I guess that it would be a combination between smooth like satin and soft like velvet. I am one who works with my hands all the time so I always have grease, glue, spray foam insulation or whatever on my hands. When I take a shower, the one thing I never try to do is to clean my hands because getting them clean is impossible. The very first shower I had after installation, I came and sat down for breakfast, went to butter my toast and noticed one hand, which was perfectly clean. I then checked the other and it was the same. This water system has blown me away! I feel better and you feel the difference in the water immediately.

The system is awesome! I filled a glass with the new water and let it sit for a few days. With our old softener and the Maymont water, it actually permanently stained a glass â€“ the water using the Hague conditioner now has dried and has no stain on the glass (picture below). The water system we have put in has 100% changed my life. I canâ€™t put into words how much it has changed my life. I am attaching a pic of my hand, at its absolute worst. Once this healed (well, it never did completely heal), I had an extreme sensitivity to everything I touched. It didnâ€™t seem to matter. My hands would crack, peel, bleed. It was extremely painful. Imagine something as simple as picking up a pen to write your name, and your fingers cracked open and bleeding (psoriasis). They would take weeks to heal. Great experience dealing with Infinite Water Solutions. I went to Rona and Home Depot for RO system filters and no one I talked to at either store was helpful. I called Infinite, they had me send a couple pictures of the system I have, and they had the correct filters ready for me to pickup right away. Customer service was top notch. They were polite, gave me a quote over the phone, and gave helpful instructions on how to switch out my filters.
