We purchased a new water softener and reverse osmosis... drinking water system in October 2023 from Infinite. So far so good. They recently came out approximately one year after install for scheduled maintenance. They checked the softener and the drinking water systems. Not sure what all was done specifically as I was in my office working while they were busy but i know they replaced filters in the drinking water system and were doing some water tests to make sure things were working properly. Nothing was noted as an issue. Credit card payment for the scheduled maintenance was easy and efficient after service was complete. The technicians who've come out have all been very friendly and knowledgable.read more

Top notch professional service call yesterday with... technician Hendrick. He did the annual service on our RO system plus figured why our little faucet was pushing water back up the water line and through the air hole. He was knowledgable about how these taps worked with the pea trap and fixed the problem.
